Dear Member of Parliament,
will you advocate for an amnesty for Corona proceedings?
If so when do you want to do this?
If not why do you oppose this?
It can be seen from the RKI protocols that various regulations during the Corona pandemic such as the obligations to wear masks were not expedient.

Slovenia and Lower Austria have passed an amnesty law in 2023.
Penalties and costs already paid for violations of these regulations were reimbursed.

A central claim of the BSW in the Bundestag is the pandemic policy according to a committee of inquiry which is intended to take into account the unwooded RKI protocols in particular.
