Ibizagate has hit like a bomb.
Dubious masterminds have set a trap for the head of the FPÖ before the 2017 national elections.
And the recordings show how Heinz-Christian Strache (FPÖ) offers public contracts in return for a positive press coverage before the 2017 national elections.

The damage is particularly great since the FPÖ maintains the image of being a non-corruptible party to the outside. And the released video dismantles this image. Thus the FPÖ teaches all that one should trust hopefuls only partially. However the events have also led German politicians to display a misplaced arrogance and self-righteousness since German politicians are prone to corruption. See: Corruption
Wolfgang Schäuble (CDU) for example accepted a donation of 100,000 DM from the dubious arms dealer Karlheinz Schreiber in 1994. The donation was uncovered as part of a process involving the diversion of millions of CDU party assets into foreign accounts. [5] When Schäuble (CDU) was appointed Federal Finance Minister in 2009, Dutch journalist Rob Savelberg from De Telegraaf asked why Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) trusts Schäuble (CDU). However Merkel (CDU) has not explained why she trusts Schäuble (CDU) but only that she trusts Schäuble (CDU). [6] [7]
And in 2016 the SPD had the so-called Rent a Sozi Affair where lobbyists met with SPD ministers. The agency Network Media GmbH (NWMD) of the SPD party newspaper Vorwärts (Forward) offered dates with ministers and other top officials of the SPD in return for money. On these dates among others the then Minister of Justice Heiko Maas, the then Minister of Labor Andrea Nahles, the then Environment Minister Barbara Hendricks, the then Family Minister Manuela Schwesig, then fraction leader Thomas Oppermann and the then General Secretary Katarina Barley participated. Despite the obvious offenses the prosecutor has not been investigated by the SPD. This is because in Germany according to Article 146 of the Judiciary Act the public prosecutor's office must comply with the official instructions of their supervisor and at that time Heiko Maas (SPD) was Minister of Justice. - Strache (FPÖ) and Gudenus (FPÖ) talked for 6 hours with the alleged niece how she could invest money so that it benefits the FPÖ in the election campaign. Gudenus (FPÖ) translates German-Russian and Russian-German.
- One suggestion is to buy a part of the Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung so that it reports in the sense of the FPÖ. Strache (FPÖ) expects better election results for the FPÖ from this.
