The Last Battle for Libya - Haftar’s LNA units said they had taken control of the town of Gharyan, about 50 miles south of the capital Tripoli.
The prize is Tripoli, for anyone that can take it and secure it by this summer. That will, it’s felt by many, stabilise Libya or, conversely, at worse, make Her descend into a greater quagmire resulting in a new phase of very intense fighting and all out civil war.

Demands for EU exit in Sweden - How Brexit prevented Swexit
...
Even then, the Left Party was against it - and demanded in the 2018 election campaign that Sweden leave the EU again. A similar position was also held by the right-wing Sweden Democrats (SD) . They called for another referendum - this time on the EU's exit from the country. The Brexit Chaos seems to have led to a rethink in both parties.
While the British are still in disagreement over how they intend to leave the EU, Sweden's Left Party has moved away from their resignation. The delegates' meeting recently voted by a narrow majority to remove the corresponding item from the party's manifesto. Instead, it says, "It is not part of our policy at present to push for the exit from the EU."

How a CO2 tax can work
...
A liter of diesel currently costs about 1.20 euros at Austrian gas stations. There has been a carbon tax in Sweden since 1991. There, all raw materials are taxed, causing their combustion climate-damaging carbon dioxide. Claudia Kettner from the Economic Research Institute WIFO has calculated what the Swedish model for the Austrian liter diesel would be: "For diesel, the price increase would be about 20 percent." Or in terms of money: instead of 1.20 euros, the liter of diesel would then 1 , 44 euros written at the gas stations, so plus 24 cents.
...
The negative example in terms of eco-taxes is France, where the higher gasoline price triggered the protests of the yellow vests. In France, people did not pay attention to the social balance, and it was also unclear what would happen to the additional revenue, according to the Graz climate economist Karl Steininger - in contrast to the climate change in Switzerland: "In Switzerland, for example, every citizen gets a message in the middle of the year how much refunding he gets from these charges. That's between 80 and 90 euros per year, which are well written in health insurance. So it's clear that the taxes paid on fuel oil will flow back to the citizen and the state will not lift the levy just to supplement the budget. "

The state government in Berlin asks the housing company Howoge for help with the construction of new schools. To bypass the balanced budget amendment a private company should be responsible. In this way, the costs should be borne as current costs instead of a one-off debt payment. The state of Berlin then retains the land but the HoWoGe cultivates it and leases it to the districts. After the rental period of at least 25 and a maximum of 33 years the schools then goes to the districts. [1] [2] [3] ...
