[Commentary] The racist Demos

The term for one people are derived either from the country of origin or the region of origin. Examples include Germans, Poles or Turks. Racism is the assumption that one or more races or ethnic groups are superior or inferior to others. The German Basic Law recognizes the existence of different races.

Basic Law Article 3

(1) All men are equal before the law.
(2) Men and women are equal. The state promotes the effective implementation of equal rights for women and men and works to eliminate existing disadvantages.
(3) No one shall be discriminated against or favored on account of his sex, descent, race, language, homeland, origin, religion, religious or political views. No one may be disadvantaged because of his disability.

Leftists in particular often argue that there are no races or that immigrants are to be considered native people. So that immigrants in Germany are no longer Poles or Turks. Anyone who argues in such manner values one race or ethnicity over the other.
